ChineseAll (stock code: 300364) Digital Publishing Group Co., Ltd. was founded in Tsinghua University in 2000. It is committed to becoming a world-class cultural and educational group with its mission to inherit and pass on the civilization with digital technology. On January 21, 2015, ChineseAll successfully landed on the GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and became the “first digital publishing stock” in China.
ChineseAll is one of the largest genuine digital content providers in China, with over 70 million users of its own and over 600 million cooperation users. ChineseAll boasts more than 1 million kinds of digital content resources, more than 600 contract copyright agencies, more than 2,000 well-known contract writers and best-selling authors, and over 2 million internet writers.
ChineseAll is one of the first internet start-ups with network literature platforms like 17K.com, Tangyuan creative center and 4YT.NET. 17K.com is a training base of the new generation network literature masters. It has been recognized as the “Key Field of Network literature” by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee. Tangyuan creative center is currently the largest mobile reading and writing community in China, with over 350,000 active authors every month. Chinese Bookstore (cread.com) is a mobile reading product. It gathers a huge amount of reading resources including classic books and original network literature contents, and leads the ultimate reading experience.
ChineseAll is one of the first digital publishing enterprises that have participated in the informationization of basic education. In 2002, ChineseAll undertook the key project of Ministry of Education of the PRC during the “10th Five-Year Plan”, and took the lead to launch the “Digital Library in Primary and Secondary Schools”, which marked the first application of development achievement of digital publishing industry in basic education field in China. “Shuxiang China” (chineseall.cn), its internet digital reading platform currently covers more than 50,000 primary and secondary schools and nearly 2,000 colleges and universities.
Since its inception, ChineseAll has been paying great attention to copyright protection. It has always followed the requirements of Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China in operations. It adopts the way of “authorization before dissemination”, and uses digital copyright in reasonable and legitimate ways according to the authorization, thus further standardized the trading order of copyright works. The company has actively participated in public copyright protection, and raised the public awareness of anti-piracy. In July 2005, under the guidance of the National Copyright Administration of the PRC and The Publishers Association of China, ChineseAll initiated the establishment of Chinese “Online Alliance of Anti-Piracy” (www.coapu.org) jointly with more than a dozen of large domestic publishing houses, well-known writers and law firms. The Alliance plays an important role in crackdown on piracy in China.
In 2015, ChineseAll presented two development strategies, “Literature+” and “Education+” and realized development driven by two forces. “Literature+” means that in this era of the internet with great cultural development, the value of literature is more than just paper publications. More films, television shows, games, animations and audio works shall be produced based on literary creations. In terms of “Education+”, ChineseAll has created three platforms, namely educational reading, textbooks and supplementary materials, and MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses), thus completed the layout of online education industrial chain.
In the future, with the gradual standardization of network market and popularization of intellectual property rights awareness, ChineseAll will provide products and services at higher speed with bigger quantity and better quality for all the users. We believe that where there are Chinese people, there is ChineseAll. We will deliver China’s excellent traditional and modern culture to the rest of the world, promote the diffusion and progress of world culture, and lead the new revolution of reading.
